As Spuybroek notes, while the technique is steadfast in its process, the overall result is loose. Any condition would have been acceptable so long as the process maintained the stated rigor. Having no predetermined idea of what he was expecting, Frei Otto put enough information into the system so as to ensure that the result would be appropriately informative in its final result. Having said this, it is not necessarily acceptable across all architectural typologies. Not knowing what the final product will be is a dangerous supposition. But it is the information within the system that makes it successful, so that even with a concrete idea of what the end result will be, without a large amount of information input, the results will never achieve the acceptable resolution. As Spuybroek suggests, the more information in the system, the more flexible it will become, allowing for the greatest resolution.
